Nathan and Deanna celebrated their wedding on May 9, 2026, at The Chandelier of Gruene in New Braunfels, Texas. Their day was beautiful, emotional, and full of the kind of genuine moments that make a wedding film feel personal to the couple rather than simply a recap of the day.
Nathan and Deanna’s story started the way a lot of modern love stories do—with a match online.
Their first date involved pizza, beer, and putt-putt golf, followed by scooters, plenty of laughter, and their first kiss. The connection came naturally, and what started with a swipe eventually became a relationship that would carry them through years of life together.
One of the most meaningful parts of their story was the distance they experienced along the way. At one point, Nathan was oceans away, but they continued building their relationship through FaceTime calls and every opportunity they had to stay connected.
Eventually, Nathan chose to come home so they could build their life together.
That idea of continually choosing one another became one of the strongest themes of their wedding day.
Before their ceremony at The Chandelier of Gruene, Nathan and Deanna shared a first look and read private vows to each other.
Nathan spoke about all the different paths his life could have taken and how, in every version of that life, he believes he still would have been searching for someone like Deanna. He promised to continue choosing her every day and to never stop learning how to love her better.
Deanna spoke about Nathan being her favorite “what if” that actually worked out and the chance she took that became the love of her life. She reflected on the distance they had overcome, the life they had built together, and how Nathan had become her calm, her safe place, and her best friend.
And, of course, their wedding day wouldn’t have been complete without another important member of their family.
Nathan and Deanna also shared a first look with their dog—making Deanna’s words from her vows even more fitting: home is wherever the two of them and their dog are.
After their private vows, Nathan and Deanna made it official surrounded by their family and friends.
Their ceremony reflected the journey that brought them to this moment and the ways their different personalities complement one another. They exchanged traditional vows and rings before finally being pronounced husband and wife.
From the emotional moments earlier in the day to the celebration that followed, The Chandelier of Gruene provided a beautiful setting for their New Braunfels wedding.
For us, the goal of a wedding film is always bigger than simply showing what a wedding looked like. Years from now, Nathan and Deanna will be able to hear their vows again, see the reactions of the people they love, remember the little moments between the big ones, and experience a piece of what May 9, 2026 actually felt like.
We’re grateful we had the opportunity to preserve it for them.
